The RS series anti rotation level switch uses a synchronous motor to drive the shaft and blades to rotate through a reduction gear. When the measured solid material comes into contact with or covers the blades, the rotation of the blades is obstructed. This resistance is transmitted to the detection device inside the instrument through the shaft, and the detection device outputs a switch signal to the outside, cutting off the motor power to stop the blades from rotating. After the material recedes, the blade resistance disappears, and the detection device relies on the tension of the spring to return to its original state, and the blade resumes rotation. By adjusting the tension of the spring, the resistance rotary switch can measure materials with a wide range of specific gravity. When the specific gravity of the material is high, increase the spring force; otherwise, decrease the spring force.
