VS Series Fork Level Switch

The VS series tuning fork switch is a universal level limit switch. Under the excitation of piezoelectric ceramics, stainless steel tuning forks vibrate at their resonant frequency.

Product Features

Strong adaptability: Different dielectric constants and densities of the tested materials do not affect the measurement, and harsh environments such as scaling, agitation, turbulence, bubbles, vibration, high temperature, and high pressure do not affect the detection;

Maintenance free: As the detection process of the tuning fork level switch is completed by electronic circuits without moving parts, it does not require maintenance once installed and put into operation;

No need for calibration: As the detection of the tuning fork level switch is not affected by the electrical parameters and density of the measured medium, no on-site calibration is required for any medium being measured.


The VS series tuning fork switch is a universal level limit switch. Under the excitation of piezoelectric ceramics, stainless steel tuning forks vibrate at their resonant frequency. When the tested material comes into contact with and gradually submerges the tuning fork, the vibration frequency and amplitude of the tuning fork will gradually change. These changes will be detected and processed by the electronic unit and converted into switch signals for output, in order to achieve the purpose of indication or control.
