Before beer bottles, medicine bottles, and seasoning bottles can be filled with liquid, they need to be cleaned first. After the bottle enters the equipment, it is first filled with alkali solution in the alkali pool to remove most of the stains. Then, the bottle is subjected to high-pressure backwash spraying with water at different temperatures to wash away remaining impurities and alkali solution. To ensure stable operation of the equipment, it is necessary to measure the liquid level of the alkali tank using static pressure. In addition, it is necessary to measure the pressure of the alkali tank inlet pipe and nozzle pipe.

Application Challenge:

1. The alkaline solution (such as sodium hydroxide solution) in the alkaline water tank has strong corrosiveness and can cause corrosion to the transmitter housing, sensing components, and electrical connections, affecting its long-term stable operation.

2. The bottle washing machine and alkali water tank often produce a large amount of steam and water vapor, causing high humidity around the sensor and even condensation, which can cause short circuits or damage to the electronic components of the transmitter.

3. Bottle washing machines and alkaline water tanks usually require heating during the cleaning process, and the temperature may be high, especially during the cleaning or disinfection stage. High temperature can cause thermal stress on the sensitive components of the transmitter, affecting its accuracy and lifespan.


Solution advantages:

3. Optional transmitter suitable for high-temperature environments with heat sinks, effectively achieving physical isolation. Each product must undergo high temperature compensation function to ensure use under ultra-high and extremely low temperature conditions.
